Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees apply:

• Less than 7 days prior to the arrival date: 100% of the full booking amount. (The guest and management may communicate regarding alternative arrangements where applicable.)
• 8–14 days prior to the arrival date: 75% of the full booking amount.
• 15–21 days prior to the arrival date: 50% of the full booking amount.
• 22–28 days prior to the arrival date: 25% of the full booking amount.

A 5% administration fee, calculated on the full booking amount, will be charged on all cancellations. No refunds will be provided for late arrivals or early departures.

Damage Policy

No damage deposit is required. However, should any items or property be damaged during your stay, guests will be responsible for covering the cost of repair or replacement.

Internet

Free WiFi is available in the cottage and reception area.

Children & Extra Bed Policy

• Children under the age of 18 are not accommodated. (Exceptions may be considered upon request.)
• Cots for babies and infants are not available.
• Extra beds cannot be added to the cottage.
• The maximum occupancy is 2 guests.

Parking

Free private parking is available on site. No reservation is required.

Pets

Pets are allowed on request and at no additional charge. Guests are kindly requested to note that pets may not be left unattended inside the cottage.

Groups

Groups are welcome on request. Please contact us in advance to discuss your requirements.
